We know in life accidents happen but fear not, our expert team is at hand to help with all your warranty, insurance, and repair needs.

How long is the warranty on your products and what does it cover?

Our Loupe warranty covers you against any manufacturing or design faults for 12 months from purchase. This is applicable to all Loupe products.

Do branded pieces have a different warranty?

Yes, some brands may offer their own warranties. Timeframes will depend on the brand and sometimes the pieces, please refer to our online product specifications and manual booklets for watches.

Are watch batteries covered under warranty?

Usually, batteries aren’t covered under the manufacturer’s warranty (please refer to your manual booklet), however, at Loupe we will cover your watch battery for the first 12 months from purchase.

Will my item be repaired under warranty?

Products will usually require an assessment by the brand/manufacturer for them to advise. Please visit one of our boutiques with your product and proof of purchase where a friendly Loupe colleague will be happy to provide advice.

What should I do if my item has an established manufacturing fault?

We understand your consumer rights, and should your item be deemed as faulty once assessed by the brand/manufacturer we will provide you with applicable options in line with this.

What should I do if my product is damaged or requires repair?

Please contact our client services team on 0800 316 4058. Alternatively, you can bring your item to one of our boutiques along with your proof of purchase and the team will be happy to inspect the product and advise on options.

How much do you charge for rhodium coating?

We offer the items first Rhodium coating free of charge then all future coats are chargeable. For details on costings please speak with our client services team or with one of our boutique consultants.

My item is not from Loupe, can I bring it in for repair?

We would need to see the product in one of our boutiques first, where the team will provide you with professional advice on whether we are able to help with a repair.

Where do you repair items?

Branded items will be sent to the brand or a repair centre authorised by them. Loupe pieces will be sent to the corresponding manufacturers or one of our trusted goldsmiths depending on the product and service required.

How long do repairs take?

This is subjective to the product, brand/manufacturer and the work which is required. Our boutique colleagues will always update you with a timeframe for your individual case.

Why is my repair chargeable?

Repairs to rectify the damage caused by anything other than a manufacturing fault will be chargeable.

All repairs are professionally assessed by experts in their field and a Loupe colleague will communicate any charges with you before going ahead with work.

Do you offer insurance?

Yes, we offer 1-year insurance coverage in any of our boutiques or by contacting our client services team. You can insure items up to the value of £5,000, within 30 days of your purchase. For full information please visit:

How can I insure my new purchase?

You can insure your item up to 30 days after the day of purchase. Please contact our client services team on 0800 316 4058 and they will be happy to discuss options.

Can I renew my insurance?
