Can someone collect my order from a boutique on my behalf?
For security reasons, only the purchaser who is named on the parcel can collect an order from our boutiques with relevant ID
What ID do I need to collect an order from a Loupe boutique?
Photo ID such as a passport or driving licence, as well as the order confirmation number.
How will I know when my order is ready to collect?
As soon as your order is ready to collect from one of our Loupe boutiques, you’ll receive an email to let you know along with all the relevant information we will need when you come to collect yours (or their) new favourite piece. Don’t forget to give yourself some extra time for a glass of fizz or a relaxing coffee.
How long will the boutique hold it for?
We’ll look after your order for two weeks. But don’t worry if the collection date slips your mind. We’ll send you reminders about your order if it hasn’t been collected. If we haven’t heard from you after two weeks your order will be cancelled and refunded.
