Can you tell me if an item will be restocked?

Do you offer watch bracelet alterations and is there a charge?

Absolutely. We offer complimentary watch link removals in both of our Loupe boutiques when you’ve purchased with us. And, as Loupe is part of the Beaverbrooks Group, you can also get your watch adjusted in Beaverbrooks stores too.

We also offer an online adjustment service for OMEGA, TUDOR and Breitling timepieces. Simply enter your wrist size during checkout and we’ll make sure your new watch fits perfectly. Find your wrist size here.

For watches not purchased with Loupe, we will happily alter your timepiece, subject to us having the required tools for your watch and it being a brand we stock. You can find contact details for our boutiques here.

Can my watch bracelet be altered before despatch?

We do offer a limited online adjustment service for the following brands; OMEGA, TUDOR and Breitling, meaning you can tell us your wrist size in the checkout (for those brands only) and we will adjust the watch bracelet before despatch.

Do you offer ring resizing?

Yes, although this is subject to the style of the ring. Please visit our boutique with your ring where our friendly team will happily advise you on the available options or contact our client services team for more.

If your ring was not purchased with Loupe, we will need to inspect it in one of our boutiques first before offering further advice.

What should I do if my ring cannot be resized?

Diamond set rings which cannot be directly resized will usually need to have the original diamonds re-set in a band of the correct size, although this may not always be the case with other rings.

Please rest assured our Loupe colleagues will always provide the best options available once they have inspected your ring.

How much do you charge for ring resizing?

This is subject to the service required, the metal and the style of the ring. We provide a free resizing service within your first 12 months of purchase on ring styles which can be resized directly.

Can I extend my necklace and/or bracelet?

All Loupe chains feature a slider chain to allow you to fasten your necklace at a comfortable position, while our necklets have a fastening position at 16” or 18”.
