Returns Policy
Not for you? Not to worry.
We want you to be head over heels with your purchase. On the rare occasion that it’s not right, if you purchased online simply head to our returns portal and select the item you would like to return, followed by the reason for returning.
You then have the option to either download a QR code to return your item with no printer required or the option to print your returns label yourself. For boutique purchases, simply visit your nearest Loupe boutique and we’ll be more than happy to help return or exchange your item for something else. This offer does not include personalised items or special orders (see below) and does not affect your statutory rights.
We offer complimentary returns by post for all web orders within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. For returns outside the UK, you will be required to post the item back to our Returns Centre.
How do I make a return?
To return your item by post from within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, please follow the steps below and use our complimentary courier service by clicking on the return’s portal link. Please note that this service is specifically for online orders:
- Open our returns portal to download a QR code for paperless returns or print a label to attach to your parcel.
- Package your item up, ensuring the returns label is displayed clearly on the outside of the parcel if this is your chosen method. If you have chosen to return via a QR code, simply package up your item and show your QR code at your chosen drop off point.
- Take the item to the location of your choice and ask for proof of postage.
Please allow 3 to 5 working days upon receipt of your returned item to process your return. If you requested a refund, it will be applied to the original card used to place your order.

You can also call in to any of our Loupe boutiques to return your item, where they will be happy to give you a refund, or exchange. Find your nearest Loupe boutique here.
To return your item by post from the Republic of Ireland, please follow these steps:
- Open our returns portal where you have the option to either download a QR code for paperless printing, or the option to print off your returns label and attach it to your parcel
- Package up your item and send the item back to the address shown below (we recommend sending the item back using a tracked post service).

Ireland - Our delivery partner in Ireland will forward your return to us and we’ll process your refund/exchange within 3 days of receiving it.
We are unable to refund the cost incurred to post the item back to our Returns Centre in Ireland.
Please allow 10 working days for your return to be processed. All refunds will be applied to the original card used to place your order. Please note we’re unable to offer exchanges or refunds on:
- Personalised and bespoke items
- Special orders
- Gift Cards

This guarantee will be honoured at any one of our Loupe boutiques or contact our Client Service Team. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights.
