What is the Loupe Gift Card?
They can be loaded with an amount of your choice in either our Milton Keynes or Croydon boutique and of course, they’ll be in our beautiful Loupe packaging for that extra special touch.
How much money can I put on a Loupe Gift Card?
You can choose any amount to add to our Gift Cards between £50 to £5,000, it’s completely up to you. Plus, they can be topped up in your Loupe boutique.
What can I buy with my Loupe Gift Card?
The (Loupe) world’s your oyster, use your Loupe Gift Card towards any of our pieces in one of our boutiques.
Can I use my Loupe Gift Card online?
Unfortunately, our Loupe Gift Cards can’t be used on our online boutique. But we are working on it, so we’ll let you know when you can.
How will I know how much money is on my Loupe Gift Card?
After purchasing your Loupe Gift Card from one of our boutiques, we’ll give you a receipt showing the amount on the card. There is also space on our packaging for you to add your personalised message and you can also add the amount here.
I haven’t spent the full amount on my Loupe Gift Card, what will happen to my money?
Not to worry, any money that is still on your Loupe Gift Card will stay there until you find the perfect piece to spend it on.
Is there an expiry period for my Loupe Gift Card?
Your Loupe Gift Card is valid for 24 months following the last transaction date, any balance that’s still on your card will expire after 24 months (balance enquiries are not counted as transactions).
I have spent the money on my Loupe Gift Card, what should I do now?
Now this part is completely up to you. You can dispose of it, or you can continue to top it up to use towards your next favourite piece.
What happens if my Loupe Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged?
Please ensure you take extra care of your Loupe Gift Card as we unfortunately cannot accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards.
I’ve bought a Loupe Gift Card, can I return it for a refund?
Loupe Gift Cards can not be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
