What is a special order?
Any purchase which has been altered to your requirement or we may not currently stock. This includes rings which have been made in sizes we do not usually stock, jewellery made in alternative metals, watch or jewellery parts we do not stock and any products outside of our current range.
My ring size is out of stock, what can I do?
Please contact our friendly client services team on 0800 316 4058, 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday or email on clientservices@loupe.co.uk and the team will be happy to advise if we will be restocking your size.
Can you set my stones into one of your existing designs?
This isn’t a service we currently provide.
Do you offer bespoke designs?
We do not offer a bespoke design service; however, we may be able to offer certain pieces of our jewellery in alternative precious metals and gemstones.
Can you source watch models which are outside of your current range?
Our boutique team will be happy to request price and availability for any models we do not stock, providing they are stockists of the given brand.
Do you offer engraving?
We offer engraving via our boutiques which can take approximately 10 working days. The current price is £50 for the first 10 characters on jewellery and £40 for watches. For more than 10 characters it is an extra £2 per letter for 11-25 letters and +£1 per letter for 26-35 letters. All Signet rings are hand engraved; for initials engraved one letter £30, two letters £50, three letters £70.
Can you offer alternative bracelets and necklace/chain lengths?
Any alternative lengths will be advertised on the product page. Please speak with a Loupe boutique colleague for more information.
