Payments, gift cards and promotions
Looking to pay? We offer an array of different methods to make sure you get your hands on that special piece.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods; Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and American Express. We also offer interest-free credit and interest bearing credit via our provider V12 Retail Finance. For more information, you can find more detail here.
Do you accept American Express?
Yes, this is the same process as paying with a Visa or Mastercard.
Can I pay with more than one card?
We can accept payment from one debit/credit only when purchasing online, although you can pay via Loupe gift card and debit/credit card if the purchase total exceeds your gift card balance in one of our boutiques.
How can I pay by one of your finance options?
You can select the Pay by Finance option at the checkout online, apply in one of our Loupe boutiques or over the phone.
Can I pay by PayPal?
Unfortunately we can't accept payment by Paypal at this time.
Do you offer options to spread payment without a credit search?
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer this service.
Where can I use my vouchers?
Any card or paper vouchers cannot currently be used on our website, but you can drop by any of our boutiques to redeem them, find your nearest Loupe boutique here. What vouchers do you accept? We accept the following paper vouchers:

- Compliments Voucher
- Sodexo Say Shopping Pass
And the following cards:
- Love2Shop
- Compliments Card
- One4All
How long are your gift cards valid for?
Our gift cards are valid for 24 months from purchase.
Can I return my gift card?
Gift cards are non-returnable; however, they are not personalised and therefore can be regifted. For full information please see here.
How can I use my gift card?
Loupe gift cards can only be used in one of our Loupe boutiques.
My gift card has expired, what should I do?
Our gift cards are valid for 24 months from purchase, which can be found in the terms and conditions on the back of the card. We cannot reactivate or accept expired gift cards.
Do you have any promotional codes?
We don’t currently have any promotional codes available to use on the website. But should this change, why not stay in the Loupe? Subscribe online, in a boutique or with our client services team over the phone and we’ll send you all the news you need to stay in the Loupe.
