Let us introduce you to Anna, our inspiring leader whose journey started as a sales assistant 26 years ago. With a passion for people and a flair for the luxurious (think diamonds and champagne), Anna's journey to success is as scintillating as her favourite gemstones.
How did you start your journey in the
jewellery and watch industry?
“My career in this industry started 26 years ago when I joined Beaverbrooks as part of the sales team at the Trafford Centre Store. I've always been in love with jewellery and all things sparkly, and with the amazing core values and unique culture Beaverbrooks is famous for, I couldn’t resist applying for the role. I can honestly say I’ve never looked back and, 26 years later, I’m still extremely happy to be in the company, now as Managing Director of the Beaverbrooks Group, consisting of both Beaverbrooks and Loupe.”
What do you love most about your role working in the luxury jewellery and watch industry?
“It’s impossible to pick just one part of my role, but I absolutely love the variety of what I do. I love the daily interactions I get to have with our colleagues all over the business, as well as within the wider industry, and the fact that no two days are ever the same. I can’t forget our wonderful jewellery and watches either, as they’re definitely a big part of what makes my role so enjoyable!”
What are three things you can't live without?
“Diamonds, champagne, and lipstick.”
What values or principles do you believe have contributed to the success of Loupe?
"I think Loupe is successful because of the values that we as a company live by. Our purpose is enriching lives and I often talk about what that actually means, enriching the lives of our colleagues who work with us, our clients, the experience that our clients have, our suppliers, the relationships that we build with them and the way we treat them. And very importantly, our communities and the charities that we support, which are so important and so integral to everything that we do and that underpins that enriching lives, underpins everything within Loupe."

Which Loupe piece is at the top of your wishlist?
“For me, it has to be the Loupe Confection diamond earrings in 18ct white gold. The pick-and-mix of marquise, pear and round brilliant cut diamonds have been meticulously placed to create a floral inspired shape that is absolutely beautiful.
