Returns Policy

Not for you? Not to worry.

We want you to be absolutely head over heels with your purchase. So if it’s not your forever piece this time, that’s absolutely fine. On the rare occasion that it’s not right, we’ll be more than happy to offer a refund or exchange. Simply return the unworn item to us in its original packaging and with all relevant receipts and documentation within 30 days of purchase. This offer does not include personalised items or special orders (see below) and does not affect your statutory rights.

We offer free returns by post for all web orders within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. For returns outside the UK, you will be required to post the item back to our Returns Centre.


How do I make a return?

To return your item by post from within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, please follow these easy steps using the Royal Mail service. Please note that this service is specifically for online orders:

  1. Open the Royal Mail Returns Portal here https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/7312
  2. Enter your Order Number, which can be found at the top of your order confirmation email when you placed the original order.
  3. Select a reason for your return.
  4. Package your item up, ensuring the completed returns form is included in the parcel and the pre-paid returns label is displayed clearly on the outside of the parcel.
  5. Take the item to the Post Office and ask for proof of postage.

Please allow 3 to 5 working days upon receipt of your returned item to process your return. If you requested a refund, it will be applied to the original card used to place your order.

If you can’t find your return label, please contact our Client Services team free on 0800 316 4058 who will be happy to send you a replacement label. Alternatively you can use the address below, but please be aware that without a pre-paid returns label the Post Office will charge you to send your package back to us:

You can also call in to any of our Loupe boutiques to return your item, where they will be happy to give you a refund, or exchange. Find your nearest Loupe boutique here.

Please note: Orders paid for using Interest Free Credit need to be sent to the above address in order for us to process your refund.

Please note we’re unable to offer exchanges or refunds on:

  • Personalised and bespoke items
  • Special orders
  • Gift Cards

At Loupe, we are confident that our products are of the highest quality and will guarantee everything against manufacturing defects. This guarantee will be honoured at any one of our Loupe boutiques or contact our Client Service Team. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights.
