About This Piece

Brimming with high-speed performance and timeless elegance, this OMEGA Paris 2024 Bronze Gold Edition Watch has quickly raced straight to our hearts. To commemorate this year's Paris 2024 Olympics, this timepiece draws inspiration from a classic 1939 OMEGA wristwatch and the coveted Olympic medals crafted in three winning materials: gold, silver, and bronze. The 39mm brushed case is encased in OMEGA’s exclusive Bronze Gold, known for its exceptional corrosion resistance without verdigris oxidation (a greenish patina that commonly forms on copper, brass, and bronze due to exposure to oxygen and moisture). The dial is made from Ag 925 silver, and the striking hands are crafted in 18ct Sedna™ Gold with a PVD bronze gold coating. It’s completely won us over, as has the small seconds subdial at 6 o'clock.

Editor's Notes

This OMEGA Paris 2024 Bronze Gold Edition Watch is presented in a special presentation box and comes adorned with a brown calf-skin leather strap, complete with a sandblasted Bronze Gold buckle embossed with a polished vintage OMEGA logo in positive relief.

With the OMEGA 8926 manual-winding movement at the heart of this watch boasting a 72 hour power reserve, you can experience reliability and functionality at its finest. Flip it over, and you'll unveil a caseback adorned with the "BG 859'' engraving, a nod to the Bronze Gold alloy and the elegant contours inspired by the legendary "CK 859" and "OT 859" models. And for the pièce de résistance? A frosted medallion flaunting a mirror-polished Paris 2024 emblem alongside the iconic Olympic rings.
